Enter the confirmation code and the email you booked with. You will see your refund before anything is cancelled. Bookings never auto-renew, so cancelling only settles the booking you already paid for.
Cancel 7 or more days before your start date for a full refund of your parking charges. Cancel inside 7 days and the first week is kept, with the rest refunded. Once your start date arrives, the booking is final: no refunds, and unused nights are not prorated. The $0.99 booking fee is not refundable. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually land in 5 to 10 business days.
