The $0.99 booking fee drivers pay goes to us. It's outside the split.
Get paid daily. Bookings pay out 3 days later to cover refunds. If there were no bookings, there's no payout.
Refunds and chargebacks come out of your payout.

By submitting, you confirm you have the legal right to list this property for truck parking.
Submitting doesn't guarantee your lot will be listed. We review every submission and can accept or decline for any reason.
We don't guarantee bookings or revenue.
You're responsible for keeping your listing accurate and for the condition and safety of your lot. We're the booking channel, not the operator of your property.
We're not liable for damage to your property, driver behavior, or lost revenue. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees we've collected on your bookings.
You agree to defend us and cover our costs if a claim comes from your lot or your actions. That includes injuries, damage, or violations tied to your property, your operations, or your failure to follow these terms. It does not cover claims caused by our own mistakes.
We can remove your listing at any time.
You keep 75% of parking revenue from your bookings. We keep 25%. The split is calculated after payment processing fees and refunds. You are responsible for all city, county, and state parking taxes on your bookings, if applicable. We do not collect, file, or pay them for you. The $0.99 booking fee drivers pay goes to us.
Payouts are daily or monthly, your choice. Daily payouts go out 3 business days after the booking to cover refunds. Refunds and chargebacks come out of your payout.
Either side can end this at any time with 30 days notice.
