Storage for food trucks under a 4-minute drive from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds. Vendors who work the fair and the grounds' year-round event calendar store the truck where the work is, instead of hauling it home between events. Book online by the day, week, or month, and stay month to month as long as you need the space.
Book a food truck space →Parking and storage for farmers market vendors who haul into Springfield for market days. The Greater Springfield Farmers' Market runs Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Battlefield Mall, the Farmers Market of the Ozarks runs Saturdays, and the C-Street City Market runs Saturdays in season. If you drive in from outside town, keep the truck and trailer here between market days instead of hauling them home every night. Book online by the day, week, or month, and stay month to month as long as you need the space.
Book a vendor space →Reserved RV parking under a 4-minute drive from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds and Dickerson Park Zoo. Fairgrounds camping is first come and usually not guaranteed. A Benchmark booking is reserved and paid in full, so your spot is waiting when you get here. This is dry parking: no water, sewer, or electric hookups. Book online by the day, week, or month. The $100 monthly rate also works as year-round RV storage between trips.
Book an RV space →Smaller spaces for box trucks, storage containers, and boats on trailers, for local fleets, contractors, and businesses that need a place to keep equipment and vehicles. Weekly and monthly only. There is no nightly rate for this space type, and online booking is not open for it yet. Email us and we will set it up.
Run rental cars, on Turo or on your own? Park them off-street here instead of in driveways and on residential streets. Pricing is per car, set by how many cars you keep here and for how long. No per-car rate is posted, because it depends on your count and term. Tell us both and we will quote it.
Request fleet pricing →A 9-acre open field and gravel lot on North Farm Road 143 in north Springfield (north-northwest), just off Highway 13 and a short run from I-44. Easy in and out, with room to turn a full rig around. I-44 runs short on truck parking at peak hours, and this lot gives long-haul drivers an overnight or monthly option on the north side of Springfield instead of circling for a spot. A quiet, peaceful place to park: parking, storage, and a rest area in one stop.
Springfield is a trucking town, and local drivers and owner-operators use this lot as a home base: park the rig here on home time by the month, at a value rate. It is an open gravel lot with no gate and no fence, and the pricing reflects that. Oversized loads and double-stacked bobtails are welcome.
There is a diesel repair shop across the street, and its customers already park trucks and tankers at this address while they wait on repair work. If your truck is in the shop or between jobs, this is a place to leave it. Repairs are allowed on site. No fluid work.
The smaller spaces work for box trucks, containers, and boats on trailers. Springfield sits between Lake Springfield, Stockton Lake, and Table Rock Lake, so boat storage is a year-round pattern here, including winter storage when the boats come off the water. RVs and motorhomes have their own spaces at this lot, bookable by the day, week, or month.
The Ozark Empire Fairgrounds and Dickerson Park Zoo are less than a 4-minute drive from this lot, about 2.7 miles on open county roads (4 minutes in traffic). The fairgrounds hosts the Ozark Empire Fair, which draws about 150,000 people over 10 days, and the grounds run about 105 events across roughly 215 event days a year: livestock shows, expos, rallies, and festivals in every season.
Exhibitors and vendors stage trailers here during fair week and event weekends instead of fighting for room at the grounds. Visitors coming in with RVs and trailers for the fair, a big show, or a zoo event day can park the rig under a 4-minute drive away and go in light. Tractor-trailer, food truck, and RV spaces book online by the day, week, or month. Boat spaces are weekly and monthly: email us and we will set it up.
Fairgrounds parking is first come and not guaranteed. A Benchmark booking is reserved: your space is waiting when you get here. That holds whether you are exhibiting, vending, running a food truck, or coming in with an RV or a trailer.
Traveling with horses or mules? This lot offers horse and mule let-out and accommodations. Email us when you book and we will set it up.
Enter from North Farm Road 143 at either marked entrance and leave by the exit on the east side. Semis and RVs park on the west strip. Box trucks and containers park in the center. Leave the drives open so rigs can turn around.
