Parking waiver

I understand I am parking at my own risk. I release the lot owner and Benchmark Truck Parking from any claims for injury, damage, or loss while using the lot. I am responsible for any damage I cause to the property.

Bookings never auto-renew. Cancellation policy: cancel 7 or more days before your start date for a full refund of parking charges. Inside 7 days, the first week is kept and the rest is refunded. Once your start date arrives, no refunds and no prorating for unused nights. Hourly bookings: full refund of parking charges if you cancel before the booked day. Cancel anytime at benchmarktruckparking.com/cancel.
