A working commercial yard on Hillvale Rd in Clinton, about 25 miles northwest of Knoxville. The original gravel pad sits on the west side, with a large graded area next to it for truck and trailer parking. Walmart Supercenter is right next door, and Carter Express and the I-75 Industrial Park (Aisin, SL Tennessee) are minutes away, so the yard works for overnight parking, drop-and-hook staging and longer storage.
Food and drink: Walmart Supercenter is right next door, with a Dunkin' on site. Gondolier Italian Restaurant and Harrison's Grill & Bar are just south by the hotels. The Exit 122 interchange adds Zaxby's, Subway, McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Waffle House and Arby's. Groceries at Walmart Supercenter, Food City, Ingles Markets and United Grocery Outlet. The Museum of Appalachia, about a mile and a half north, has a restaurant and is worth the stop if you have time.
Fuel, repair and hotels: fuel at Weigel's, Mobil, BP, Shell and Speedway around the interchange. Truck repair nearby at Diezelwerks, Roberts Garage, Pit Stop Auto Repair and B & M Auto Works & Custom Fabrication. If you need a room instead, the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express are on Hillvale Rd by the exit, with Fairfield by Marriott and Red Roof Inn at the interchange.
